Dr. Jason Dellavecchia
MD, FACP, FASAMDr. Jason Dellavecchia is a board-certified internal medicine physician with more than two decades of experience caring for adults across Tennessee and Virginia. He is the founder and owner of Fresh Start Medicine in Kingsport and serves as Chief Medical Officer of New Life Medicine in Johnson City, where he leads a team focused on superior primary care, regenerative therapies, and addiction medicine.
He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Wayne State University School of Medicine and completed his internal medicine residency at Wayne State University. Dr. Dellavecchia is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians (FACP) and a Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine (FASAM), and serves as President-Elect of the Tennessee Society of Addiction Medicine.
In addition to patient care, Dr. Dellavecchia is teaching faculty for the internal medicine and family practice residency programs at Ballad Health and clinical adjunct faculty at Lincoln Memorial University. He is recognized by patients for taking time to listen, explaining things clearly, and delivering attentive, whole-person care.
